This project served as an invaluable learning experience in understanding the technical aspects of construction, from conceptual design to the detailed execution phase. The transition from initial design tools to BIM platforms highlighted the importance of effective digital collaboration and workflow management. Developing the technical booklet for wall element assembly, production, and mounting allowed for deeper insight into the practical aspects of construction and the complexities involved in prefabricated building systems. Additionally, the project introduced a comprehensive understanding of the various stakeholders and participants in a construction project, underscoring the importance of effective communication and collaboration between designers, contractors, and authorities. This experience reinforced the necessity of integrating both creative design thinking and technical precision to deliver a successful, functional, and sustainable built environment.
